The Wellness Company opened its doors in Sarasota on April 30, 2002. Before that time, the company operated only in the city of New York. When opening in Sarasota, The Wellness Company used the name "Sarasota Fitness Therapy". In May of 2003, the name resumed its parent company name, The Wellness Company.
We are a one-on-one, private fitness training facility. We have 3 Certified Personal Trainers and a Certified Fitness Therapist, all with many years of experience in health and fitness.
